JX TANKER COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), has established the Safety Management Policy to ensure the safe operation of ships at sea and the protection of marine environment based on the basic principle — the Safe Operation First in the operation of the Oil Tankers managed by the Company.

1. We will provide for safe practices in ship operation and a safe working environment.
2. We will establish safeguards against all identified risks to safety and environmental protection.
3. We will comply with legislation and rules.
4. We will ensure optimum allocation of management resources including human resource development and a working environment.
5. We will continuously improve the safety management skills including emergency preparedness of shore and shipboard personnel.

The undersigned, President of JX TANKER COMPANY LIMITED, assumes all responsibilities for the Safety Management System (hereinafter referred to as the "System"), and all shore and shipboard personnel involved in the System are strongly requested to observe the Safety Management Policy.

The Director & Division Manager of Ship Management Division who has the sufficient experience and knowledge of safe operation of the ships owned by the Company and protection of environment, and who has an adequate understanding of the System, is hereby designated as the Designated Person and takes on the responsibilities and authority for the operation of the System.

JX TANKER COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), has established the "Environmental & Quality Policy" to ensure the safe operation of ships at sea and environmental protection based on the basic principle — the Safe Operation First in the Marine Transportation Service of the Oil Tankers managed by the Company.

1. To prevent a global and marine environmental pollution, we will actively pursue energy and resource conservation and recycling materials, and will actively purchase eco-friendly goods, promote the application of the most environmentally conscious technology, and reduce wastes.
2. We will comply with legal requirements and other requirements to which the Company subscribes related both to environment and quality.
3. We will provide reliable service to meet customer requirements.
4. We will establish the objectives and targets of environment and quality, and make all efforts to improve the process to achieve them.
5. We will ensure optimum allocation of management resources including human resource development and a working environment.
6. We will implement management reviews to continuously improve the Environmental and Quality Management System (hereinafter referred to as the "System").

The undersigned, President of JX TANKER COMPANY LIMITED, assumes all responsibilities for the management of the System, and pledges to ensure communication between ships and shore personnel and fulfill customer requirements.

All personnel involved in the System are strongly requested to observe the Environmental and Quality Policy.
